Calling
As a Pastor, your calling is uniquely your own. God has given you a specific calling and purpose to bless people with your gifts and talents. He has given you the opportunity and ability to lead a great group of committed people as you journey through this life together. As a Pastor or Ministry Leader, you inherently possess:
A passion to see the Kingdom of God expand,
A heart for people,
An existing congregation of people with great potential, and
A growing sense that God is calling you to even more.
Impact
What would happen if the vision God has given you came to pass in ministry? What if all your personal goals for ministry became reality? Lives would be changed, relationships strengthened, and the chains that bind would be broken. The world would catch another glimpse of the Kingdom of God here on earth through ministry. Imagine what could happen if we partnered together to create a movement which influenced far beyond what each of us could do individually?
